First Brazilian Meeting on Philosophy of Chemistry

We are pleased to invite you to be a part of PhilChem One - The First Brazilian Meeting on Philosophy of Chemistry, to be held at the CCMN - UFRJ in Rio de Janeiro from November 30th to December 02nd  2011.

Special Invited Speakers are Joachim Schummer (KIT and Hyle), Olimpia Lombardi (UBA and CONICET) and Nelson Bejarano (IQ-UFBA).

The overall objetive of the event is to promote the philosophy of chemistry in Brazil, and discuss possible confluences with science education in general, and chemistry education specifically.
